SURF, SNORKEL & KAYAK HIRE

St Vedas Surf Shop is located beach front at Coldingham Bay. The shop is well stocked with all the surfing essentials you would need, including wetsuits, surfboards, and more! You can also hire kayaks and snorkelling gear for your visit to the beach so why not explore the Berwickshire Marine Reserve and the Berwickshire Snorkel Trails. Additionally, there are changing rooms and showers for the use of the surf school and surf hire guests.

ST VEDAS SURF SCHOOL

The surf school take places every weekend between February and November subject to waves and weather. During the school holidays lessons occur every day but are on a first come, first served basis.

Lessons last 2 hours, approx 15 minutes on the beach covering safety and aspects of surfing then approx 1hr 45 mins in the water having fun surfing.

All you need to bring with you is your swimming costume and towel. All equipment Wetsuits, surf boots and surfboards will be provided. Hot or cold food and drinks are available in our licensed restaurant or at the beach café. One-to-one tuition is available at an extra cost. The surf school recommends a minimum age of 9 years old for lessons.
