Welcome to Priory View, home of Dawn & Paul O’Callaghan. We relocated here from Newcastle Upon Tyne in May 2004 as we could not resist the scenic and relaxed atmosphere of Coldingham & the surrounding area. Paul’s passion is diving and with St Abbs just around the corner as a world class diving destination, he is able to put to excellent use his experience and skills as a BSAC advanced nitrox diver and dive boat skipper. St Abbs can boast the country’s best and most varied marine life, making the area very popular with divers. Priory View caters for divers through our boat charters and lockable heated dry room. We also have free wi-fi. Our boat charters are available every day.

We are centrally located in the small village of Coldingham, 2 minutes walk away from pubs with eating facilities & the historical Priory. Coldingham has a beautiful sandy beach and many secluded coves.

Back in 1963, Priory View was once the police station/police house for Coldingham – now it has been transformed into our home which we hope will make you feel at home too!
