While offering the privacy of the countryside, Old Linthill is within walking distance of Eyemouth and a pavement runs from the end of the bottom of the drive to the village.
The house has recently been renovated and there are now five stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms giving accommodation for up to 10 guests in comfort.
There is a large sitting room with open fire, beautiful wood-paneled dining room with large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is well located for exploring the Scottish Borders, North Northumberland and East Lothian, as well local coastal attractions such as St Abbs, Coldingham and Berwick-upon-Tweed.
Linthill has free Wi-fi and satellite television channels. Sleeps eight or ten: Four king size double rooms and one room with twin bunk bed.
